Instruction for presenters
To all presenters:
The Confit conference system will be available in early July. The conference materials should be uploaded there.
Long Presentations / Short Presentations
Long presentations: presentation (20min.) + Q&A (10min.)
Short presentations: presentation (10min.) + Q&A (5min.)
Either real-time online or on-demand video presentation format is available for the paper presenters.
Online presenters use Zoom with screen sharing.
On-demand presenters should upload their videos to the Confit conference system by 18th July. LOs will play the video during the slot.
Question and answer sessions are basically conducted during the presentation time, and also via chat on Zoom and the Confit. If an online presentation doesn’t work well due to any system troubles, the presenter should upload the video presentation via Confit. No-show (no online participation and no on-demand video) will be treated as system troubles.
Panel
The use of time within the allotted time frame is left to the presenting group. Online presentation is basically required, but some parts of the presentations may be delivered via the pre-recorded video presentation. Someone from the presenter group will moderate the panel. Question and answer sessions are basically conducted during the presentation time, and also via chat on Zoom and the Confit.

Workshops and tutorials
The organizers of the workshop or tutorial host the session.
The workshops/tutorials starting after 7:30 JST and ending before 20:30 JST are “managed”, i.e., supported by LOs’ staff in case of technical troubles. Other workshops/tutorials are “unmanaged” and the responsibility for troubleshooting rests entirely with the workshop/tutorial organizers. Sessions crossing the 20:30 border will be “managed” up to 20:30 and “unmanaged” afterwards.
